For project based builds, payment terms are defined in the individual service agreement. For subscription or Website as a Service plans, billing is recurring according to the selected plan period. Failure to complete payment may result in paused work, restricted access, or service suspension. Where applicable, access to hosting, infrastructure, or managed systems remains conditional on active payment status.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all content they provide, including text, images, branding assets, and media files. By submitting materials to us, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and licenses. We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations in materials supplied by the client.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for the final delivered website or assets transfer to the client after full payment has been received. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement is signed.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, error free operation, or specific business results such as rankings, sales, or conversion rates.
