Website Translation Services

Modern websites often serve audiences across multiple countries and languages. Gallen provides professional website translation services that help businesses present their content clearly and naturally to international visitors. Our goal is not only to translate words, but to ensure that the meaning, tone, and intent of your website remain accurate across different languages.

What We Translate

Our website translation services cover nearly all visible content on a website, including page text, headings, navigation menus, buttons, forms, blog articles, CMS content, product descriptions, and informational pages such as support or legal sections. The goal is not simply to translate individual words, but to ensure the meaning and tone remain natural for visitors reading the translated version of your website. Each translation focuses on contextual accuracy so the content feels native to users in the target language.

Supported Languages

Gallen currently supports website translations in English, Romanian, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Czech, and Turkish. These languages cover a wide range of global and European markets, including North America, the European Union, and parts of Latin America. Language availability depends on the translators and specialists we collaborate with at any given time, so we recommend contacting our team directly to confirm that your desired language is currently supported before requesting a translation service.

How the Translation Process Works

Translation is usually performed after the primary version of the website has been completed and approved by the client. The website is first designed and finalized in its original language, most commonly English. Once the content is approved, our team prepares the text for translation and sends it through our structured translation process handled by professional language specialists. Translators review the content carefully and adapt phrasing so the translated version reads naturally for users of that language. After translation, the content is tested within the website layout to ensure it fits properly and remains easy to read.

How Multilingual Websites Are Implemented

Multilingual websites can be implemented using one of two methods depending on the project. The first option is through Webflow’s localization system, which allows multiple language versions of a website to be managed through a platform integration. This method may require a separate monthly fee determined by Webflow itself. Gallen does not control or profit from this fee, as it is a direct platform cost. The second method is to create separate language versions of the website using dedicated page paths, such as example.com/en, example.com/ro, or example.com/es. Each translated version follows the same structure as the original website while displaying the translated content

Language Switchers

To help visitors easily navigate between languages, multilingual websites include a language switcher that allows users to select their preferred version of the site. Clients can choose between several styles depending on their website design, including flag icons, language abbreviations such as EN or RO, or full language names. The design and placement of the language switcher are configured during the implementation stage of the multilingual website.

Pricing

Website translation pricing varies depending on several factors, including the language being translated, the number of pages involved, the complexity of the content, and the availability of translators for that specific language. Because these variables change over time, translation services are provided through custom quotes rather than fixed pricing. To receive the most accurate pricing for your project, we recommend contacting our team directly so we can review your website and provide a tailored estimate.

Revisions

Yes. Once the translated content has been delivered, clients may request up to one more revision at no additional cost if adjustments are needed. These revisions allow clients to refine wording or clarify specific terminology. Any additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed separately depending on the extent of the requested changes.

Client Verification and Approval

Before any translated content is published on a live website, the client must review and approve the final translation. This ensures that the wording, tone, and terminology match the client’s expectations and brand voice. Once the translation has been approved and published, Gallen cannot be held responsible for linguistic preferences, regional phrasing differences, or interpretation choices within the approved text.

Ongoing Content

The translation service provided by Gallen applies to the website content that exists at the time the translation project is completed. If new pages, blog posts, or updates are added to the website later, those materials may require additional translation services and may be quoted separately depending on the scope of the new content.

Third-Party Websites

Yes. Our translation services are not limited to websites created by Gallen. We can also assist with translating websites that were built by other developers or agencies, provided the website’s structure allows for multilingual implementation. Our team will first review the website’s setup to determine the best method for adding translated content.
